I heard that it is pro commercial version that they use to train real pilots, and if you have PC that approved be FAA you can get fly hours.

I started downloading right now, and there is apparantly over 118 gigabytes of updates that have to download. Thankfully though, I have enough space for it. It is very slow though, so it might take 1 or 2 days to fully download.
