I just found out that the Device Photo column is supposed to use 'Improved Image Columns'. That's a feature that should be available later this month. www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=64872

Thanks for the video. After I have the information for camera entered into the list, how can I have my coworkers check the camera in and out? I have several loaner items like cameras, and I want people to be able to check them out, let me know how long they are going to have them, where they are taking them, and then check them back in. Is that possible in lists or does that take a power app? If I can go one step further, a camera comes in a bag, spare battery, and a charging cable. How do I get someone to check out all of the camera kit and all of the pieces and then check back in the pieces of this kit?

Presumably this is fairly easy to share so that the entire Organisation could add it into their Teams portal? Each department being its own "Team" within Teams..

hello! Great video. I am curious to know if you can answer a question regarding power automate? I already created a Microsoft flow in power automate that connects with Microsoft Forms and Excel that tracks every time a contractor clocks in/ clocks out which works and it is attached. I just need help regarding if power automate has the capability to total the hours worked per contractor per week to generate this with an email that will send out every Monday at 8am to our site's payroll representative with all information listed in table created? I have tried every possible outlet to create this trigger including: web research, service desk, I.T., You tube. I even tried calling Microsoft office but can not get this answered. Do you know or have a resource in helping? Or know of another system that has this totaling hours worked with email trigger capability? Thanks so much!

In order to use list under Microsoft teams, cannot use via personal 365 office? Please advise Another question, using office account but unable to add team members under channel? How it works?

You have to have a 365 subscription with SharePoint Online included. If it's not, you'll need to upgrade your plan to a subscription that does. What happens when you try to add a Team member to a channel? Are you the owner of the channel?

@@fctech8211 I was thinking of using them together. If you have a way of using lists, allow the issues to be escalate d tier 1,2 and 3 with SLA or due dates. That's the core of what I'm looking at

What your asking for is doable, but I'm not sure I would use lists for this personally. The 2000 Item limit for PowerApps still applies with Microsoft Lists and you could easily exceed that with a ticketing system. Especially if you want to retain old ticket data for any amount of time. I would personally use the Common Data Service with PowerApps and build it from scratch.
