OMG best 17 minutes I have spent in months to learn something. The speed was not droning on, she was not boring to watch, she was not stiff from filming fear. Really I am amazed. I know you think I work here-but, I do not. I also rarely if ever comment or review things. I learned about Office 365 licensing-giving me more. I got quick parts -cool. I saw business cards (while window opened-because of GRAY CONTRAST-LOVE this!!!), and will look that up now. I learned about read only attachments, and tell me, OMG SEARCH FOLDERS- OMG-SEARCH FOLDERS. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

Use Autocorrect rather than Quick Parts if you can remember the short code. For example, I enter 'E146' which is my storage unit number and auto correct will then enter the full address as soon as I hit enter or space.

before I got outlook 2016, and had an earlier outlook version, all my email on yahoo would remain until I deleted. Now with Outlook 2016, when I open it, all my emails in my inbox in yahoo goes straight to trash. Can this be fixed?

Hi. I enjoyed you video. I would like to add that in the I.T. Field...paths are exact or they are not paths. You may think this is an obsessive compulsive response but it is not. Do not become angry and defensive regarding this response. When you instruct a student to pop-up, the look up pop up. I caught this as I was writing notes. I reviewed, and it is pop "out". What if in real time, I searched for pop-up? Is there one called that in previous versions of Outlook? Could be. Again, you can choose to merely discount this. Doing so....one space...one comma, can bring down a server. I thank you again, for this tutorial.

actually i just figured it out....i was using the outlook 2016 that was installed via MSI file which did not come from Office 365 and Im using outlook 2016 in 1 account against Lotus Domino v9 whereas my 2nd account is using a 365 account to get my email and that DOES have the change permission option on email attachment as well as "clutter" and the 365 "groups" feature
