Nice video with some useful tips. But, the adress you are selecting in the Message Details does not tell you the e-mail adress from the sender. It's an e-mail server used for submitting or receiving e-mail, in this case an Exchange one.

Groups disappeared from Outlook ...now there is only a contact group . Not sure if Ms did this intentionally or what but it disappeared from both outlook online and app. If u remove group command from pane and try to re-add it again it won't work ...

If you delete a group. Get admin to check deleted groups and reinstate

v useful, as always...question...if you get files with attachments sent to OneDrive or 3rd party, will you still have the original email? and regarding retention policies, in the corp environment, are these not set automatically either in Exchange or Azure/ Entra? will you be able to use the feature for sending emails to OneDrive as these are in the official MS Store? or could this depend on the organisation if they want users to be allowed to do this? could you not just apply the Rules to move emails to OneDrive or is this a cumbersome way to do this? this is the Online verson - is there more functionality in the desktop version as this is what most would probably be using as, in my experience, using the online version is as last resort when the desktop version isn't playing ball and behaving nicely, when sometimes you're having to compact the OST files, or open Outlook in safe mode, or creating a new Outlook profile - how are these instances handled now? just asking

Thanks so much for the question. Honestly I prefer the on-line version I think It has great functionality and is not as bloated as the other clients. Power Automate is so much more powerful than simple inbox rules, which are limited to just email. With a flow you can create super powerful workflows with any 365 component as well as 3rd party tools and services.

Interesting. Maybe more with the outlook full client. Many entries still use the full outlook client, can that be part of the demo vs the browser based version? Individual users setting their own retention policies is scary. That option should be overridden or disabled by enterprise level policies

@@lifeslooker as I said in the video on Microsoft 365 group is a fully collaborative experience, but just using Microsoft apps with the exception of teams. Once extended, you can then take advantage of features like chat and third-party apps. For full documentation, I recommend you look at the training materials on Learn.microsoft.com
