I'm sorry if I'm asking too many questions, but there's a lot of confusing visual stuff that I can't see because I'm blind. Sam's reaction to that "taco with no bacon" error didn't make sense. There was an explosion (no surprise at all) but at the same time, Sam said something that I assume was supposed to be "ANGRY!" but it sounded more like "ANGER-E!" He usually says angry correctly. Is there a joke behind this? If so, I don't get it.

That skit is based off of the Meme Man skit from Timotainment's "Angery" video. Meme Man is known for his funny appearances with misspelled words showing the situation (the most famous of which is "stonks", a misspelling of "stocks"). Here, he says "angery", which includes an extra "E" between the G and the R.
