trie this command first: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore | Remove-AppxPackage

Okay, this doesn't work because a file within the updating system is blocking it from happening. So, if anyone is having an issue with this, just install Windows Update Blocker v1.7, run it as administrator, select "Enable Updates," and click "Apply." As soon as you do that, it unlocks everything and puts it back to its restored system. Hope you enjoy your day now, and God bless.

This was a very well put together video so I thought surely all these steps would work. Unfortunately, still having the same issue so I’m at a complete loss. I bought this Desktop off eBay a couple months ago and it’s given me the error from day 1 I give up. I’m literally having to use steam or go to the developer websites just for software downloads 😒

I would say it worked a little bit, because microsoft store installed every system application but i still can't install nothing edit : i just clicked the updates button and every single app is in the update list...
