Microsoft Train Simulator is one of the most nostalgic train simulation games in existence. I enjoyed it a lot alongside Trainz Railroad Simulator 2006 back in the day.

I was wondering, could you please do a full gameplay video showing what the full tutorial route looks like from this beginning to its end? Its for planning a model railroad based on this route.

I am not sure if that would be possible because every time a tutorial is completed without pressing the Escape key to exit at the end, a pop-up message notifies the player that the lesson is completed. The tutorial route cannot be accessed outside the Tutorials section of the game (no joke), so the only way around all of that would be displaying it from start to finish in the Train Simulator Editors & Tools software, which could be interesting but very time-consuming. In any case, thanks for asking.

my train doesnt move at all even in the tutorial, even when im following all the directions, im running windows 10, the games stable and runs perfectly, so why wouldnt it work

I have no idea. It sounds like an odd bug, which never happened to me here considering how stable this simulation game was on Windows 7.

@@CEO100able I got it to work my dude, only issue is, how do you exit to main menu after you start a game and say, want to change your train, or route?

@@EerierFish17 at the time I tried that, it didn't work, only thing that did was Ctrl - Alt - Delete for task manager, was using windows 10 at the time, now on windows 11 and it probably be the same, compatibility mode only helps so much, now with windows 11 they changed some binary's so some older software that used to work in 10, don't in 11.
