I remember watching this for the first time quite a few years ago back when I was a kid. I was a fan of all things Windows at the time (I was especially obsessed with my family's Windows XP computer, which still works to this day and has even outlived some of the other Windows computers we've gotten since then), and songs like this were an absolute joy for me to listen to. If I remember correctly, videos like these were the reason I downloaded OpenMPT on my computer and messed around with it, creating my own songs with samples from the Windows XP computer. I never released any of them to the public, but I had a lot of fun making them! In the years since I first watched this, this video would occasionally pop back into my memory. Every time it did, I would always try to find it, but to no avail because the KZbin algorithm makes it hard to find videos this old. I think I must have tried finding this video on at least three separate occasions, if not more, over the past five years or so. However, today I finished watching a neat documentary about tracker music by Ahoy, and that got me thinking about these Windows remixes again. So I tried searching for these videos again, and by some miracle, I managed to find this video once again after having listened to it so many years ago. I cannot understate how incredible it felt to finally listen to this song again after struggling to find it so many times! And it still holds up really well to this day! Thank you, SaMPleMaSTeR, for creating such a cool song!

+Daniël's Tech & Music Channel It's actually Windows 98, and the four default sound schemes (Utopia, Robotz, Musica and Jungle) At this time, ModPlug Tracker couldn't open Windows 98 Plus! sounds, because they were some kind of 16-bit WAV files or I don't know, but the newest version of OpenMPT can open them now, and it can also open MP4 and MP3.
