Lighting is a huge problem for me... I always try to use natural light, windows, etc. but that only goes a litte way and then it's useless.

Jeff, natural lights is always the best, some reflector helps a lot. Sometimes not visible on viewfinder but it is on images. Natural lights is my favor lighting technique but not really good inside or in cloudy winter day :(
