Rose 83 Hi, I bought microwave oven before 13 years my oven is convection model that’s I am using for grilling and baking. I too have the same doubt before buying the oven.so to clear the doubt I attended microwave cooking classes and demo classes to know the science behind working of microwave, And after knowing that it is safely designed and no harm for human l bought the oven.so according to me you can buy👍🏻,And in Indian cooking tradition we use mostly stove and cookers only , usage of microwave is very minimal ,so no issues you can proceed 😊👍🏻
