You say the diode is the main cause for heating problems. But you change the Megatron first. Everyone don't have spares at hand so it's better to start with the diode and capacitor because it is much cheaper than a Megatron.

Clicking "time cook", putting my time i want it to cook for, then clicking "power lvl" to make sure its at 10, and hit start helped me.

. first you changed the magnatron, Then check the dioad and changed it. At that time Set get working condition. big to Small method.! last month. my Samsung Fridge got Camplaint. call the Service technition. he came and said compressor damaged. change the compressor and charged more than Rs9000 . No result. Second day came and changed capasitor .Same effect. Then day after changed heater. No result - finely changed a small electronic boad. The set ready to work. That small boad really cost less than Rs 300. But I got a big bill more than 9000 Rs.
