In this video, I'm trying a cronut for the first time from the famous pastry chef, Dominique Ansel. But, I ended up with more pastries than I could eat, so I decided to store them as leftovers for breakfast tomorrow. The packaging says not to refrigerate or heat the cronut, but I'm going against the instructions and microwaving it the next day. Will it still be just as delicious? You'll have to watch to find out!
Aside from the cronut, I also eclairs, DKA and caneles from Dominique Ansel's bakery in New York City. Bon Apetit!
