Mid Atlantic 12/24 - Washington, NC - full course recon

This is a full, uncut video of one lap of the Mid Atlantic 12/24 course. This race takes place on a very flat ~26 mile loop through Beaufort County, North Carolina. The start/finish line is in the Washington High School bus parking lot. The course is the same for the 12 hour, 24 hour, & 100 mile races.
Feel free to use this video as a course recon if you intend to ride this race in the future. If real-time is too slow, you can adjust the playback speed. I hope this is helpful - I was curious to see what the course looked like, myself.

Congrats on 1k subs! Looking forward to your 1k special! On another note I'm impressed your gopro lasted over an hour. Mine normally dies after like 40mins in 4k mode, I have to set it down to 1080p to get anywhere over an hour, very annoying 😂

Thanks Jarrod - it’s the Hero 11, and the battery just barely made it (I had a spare just in case). I think the 12 lasts even longer (they put out a new one right after I buy one every time).

Ha, I am keeping the GPX file and video in case anyone ever wants to plug it into a program and ride it virtually. I realize it’s a pretty boring video for the average viewer, but wanted to put it up for folks who want to ride the race in future years and see what the course looks like.
