I'm using this base for an existing 43 inch diameter table. I have your template. Should I increase the length of the stretchers and by how much? Really well done video.

Thanks! If I remember correctly, the table top diameter was 48”. You’re probably fine to leave the stretchers the same length, if not shortening then slightly (maybe an inch or so).

Beautiful table. I have a question regarding the c channel. I am so, so new to woodworking. Just barely starting, so everything barely makes sense yet. My question is, why did you use such a long c channel? Thank you!

Thanks! The c channel should be as long as possible to extend and support the entire width (across the grain) or the surface 👍🏻
