Tell me about it. We found some fun stuff in the smaller stores. Even Sebastapol which is outside Napa was high.

They know what they’ve got. They use the store as storage space, and list items on eBay, showing them off on Instagram and so on. It’s like cars. Gone are the days when you’d get something affordable that was listed in a local newspaper or parked along the side of a road. If you’re not like this guy, an early bird at estate sales, or just have excellent connections, you’re out of luck.

Thank you for inspiring me to get out and look…. you just never know what you will find! I live 20 minutes away from Napa, closer to San Francisco so we end up heading down to SF and forgetting what a gem the Napa area is!

I have the corn cob dishes that are made of monkey pod wood.

The Corn Cob Holders were Mid Century Modern and have Cedar Handles. The Dishes were seperate :)

Napa? You should change your channel name to BougieNova Life... When I lived in the Bay Area my ex and I would go to estate sales. There were still a lot of families whose decor included original mid century furnishings. They were veritable gold mines of vintage antiques.
