When you cut the spent blooms off the Shasta Daisies dry them well. Harvest their seeds. Store in a brown paper lunch bag until you sew those seeds next Spring and you can have an entire field of daisies.

I went to my local Lowes this morning and found clearance veronica, daylily and annual pelargonium and calibrachoa. I also picked up 4 bags of Scotts brand fine mulch at 50% discount. I don’t usually buy many annuals but at 50% off, it was too hard to pass up. A little haircut, fertilizer and water, they were good to go.

Even clearance annuals are expensive...I'd never pay 4 let alone 8 for 1 annual😮
