this is not how it works after respawning, the vehicle is invulnerable to ground vehicles, but for aircraft it is vulnerable immediately after respawning

That! That right there! That is why Germany suffers at mid tier! You have America, Russia, and Britain almost always all on the enemy team in nearly every match. It's a little better now that we have some more long-range AA, but it's still a horrendously rage-inducing experience. You basically get only one tank spawn, because if you die with the first one, enemy CAS will make sure that your slow ass will never make it out of spawn again!

I honestly disagree. I'd say that low tier ends between 4.0-5.0, because that's when the bigger guns and actual armor start showing up; everything prior to that is basically just light tank shenanigans. I do agree with mid tier ending around 10.0 though, because that's roughly where the Cold War oddities end and the high tech/modern stuff begins.
