I have a showfile with tons of inserts on individual channels, groups, etc as well as groups to groups to groups via FlexiAux, etc. I have disabled completely any delay compensation on my file and instead manually aligned all the channels with channel delay. All channels with time aligned, flat phase traces. Then I turned individual channel delays off and tried to find ANY combination of insert compensation setting in DSP settings to replicate my flat phase traces with the manually delayed file. Very confusing....I'm not really sure how to use the built-in delay compensation. Seems like manually aligning is the way to go.
