In PzzZang's defense, Yasuo kinda sucks to play right now. His counter picks got buffed ( Akali, Rene, Liss, etc. ), his build is in a questionable position as Stridebreaker isn't even close to be as good as Immortal Pre-Rework/Galeforce were for Yas, and armor items ( mainly Randuin ) were heavily buffed.
