My understanding is bad but if I had to take a guess it’s between 1) it’s just bad. other Ad mid like trist or yone is just better 2) no one has a lot of confidence or practice as opposed to other champs. 3) no cc or utility for team fighting so ur only good for damage. Look at all champs (including her) post zoe, and almost every single one is either a busted kit, or completely ignorable. There are strong champions pre zoe, and even some busted ones, but most of them are actually alright, even many of the reworks. But post zoe it's just a list of the most disgusting champions ever designed.
