His poor Smolder is just permadead lol, I feel like Essence Reaver --> Shojin --> Liandry --> Riftmaker would've been better that game because the AP items still amp up your damage, the AP is not wasted on him, and that gives you an additional 650 hp by 4th item compared with the build path this guy went which could save him in those fights. Can go Navori 5th of course, get that additional damage amp and cooldown resets, it just makes you so squishy to build it 2nd when they have a Rek'Sai who can perma jump on you, or Jax or whoever was even killing him.
