Wouldn't it be great if we could predict exactly what was going to happen in the 2024 Middle Tennessee Housing Market? Imagine if we had a book that predicted exactly what the Real Estate Market here in Tennessee was going to do so we could act accordingly? Unfortunately we don't have that so all you are left with is a bunch of people making predictions and hoping that they will be correct.
