Supervised Classification in ArcGIS Pro (L5, V10.5)

Good Day Sir, Thank you very much for your informative videos. I have a question that maybe you came across. Every time I run my classification it stops in the middle before it can generate the output, sometimes at 50% or 100%. Do you have any idea what could cause this to happen? Could it be a software problem, image problem, or tool error? It remains at that percentage for many hours without changing. This happened with both supervised and unsupervised classification. I am able to create the training samples just fine but the image classification never finishes. Other tools like mosaic are working perfectly.
