Thank you brother Amir for keeping us updated with truth, for speaking out about the evil we see all around us. Adding what's below in support: Speaking the truth with love can sound harsh, even cold and accusatory but it's one of the most loving things we can and are commanded to do. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ always spoke truth, often when it offended the hearers, even those He knew had been given the ability to harm Him,(Mat 13:57, Mat 7:23, Mat 15:12, Mar 9:21, Mar 10:34 &more). He warned us over 2000 years ago that many would be offended, (Mat 10:34, Luk 12:53 &more), by the truth found only in Him, (Jhn 14:6, Eph 4:21 &more). Just one of His many warnings to us can be found in, (Mat 24:9-13). We know that He was the Word made flesh, (Jhn 1:1-3). So all warnings and instruction found in Scripture come directly from Him, the Holy Spirit, (Rom 8:10-18), and our Father, (Rom 8:15) for they are One, (Deu 6:4, Jhn 10:30 &more). He's told us that no one can come to Him unless they're given Him by His Father, (Jhn 17:2 &more), faith is a gift of God, (Eph 2:8, Jhn 6:37-40 &more). He is the author and finisher of our faith, (Heb 12:2), we will stand, He is able to make us, (Rom 14:4). In, (1 Jhn 3:6, 1 Jhn 3:9), what the Apostle teaches us, is those who've been given the gift of faith will not continue to willfully live in or support sin, our entire being is changed. The Epistles of James and John both teach us, (Jas 1:25, Jas 2:22, 1 Joh 2:19, 1 Joh 4:18 &more), for those who claim to have faith there must be some sign of "life" in their lives, words and actions, (Rom 8:10-13, Eph 2:10), or they're not truly His and never were. I'm not saying that we all don't stumble and fall, (1 Joh 1:8), but we're never able to live in or support sin and be at peace with it, (Gal 3:22). That is if in fact He's/we've changed our minds and we're indwelt by the Holy Spirit, (Rom 8:11, Jhn 16:13, Eph 4:30). He has clearly told us that if someone fully walks away from faith, they never in fact received or possessed it, (1 Jhn 2:19). We have far to many people today who call themselves "Christian" yet are not, they go along to get along, even in our pulpits or positions of power and influence. We must hate the sin, as He does, especially in ourselves, but love the sinner, plant the seeds that will bring all to repentance and faith, the seeds only God can cause to grow, (Mar 4:26-29, Jhn 15:5, 1 Cor 3:7). We see so many quoting, (Mat 7:1), even unbelievers, misunderstanding and twisting what our Lord was teaching, in their attempts to silence righteous judgement. They of course ignore, (Mat 7:2-5), in which our Lord tells us to first make sure it is with and in His righteousness we judge, (Jhn 7:24). Removing anything that could obscure that righteous judgement, ourselves and our own failings must first be understood and moved out of the way, before we can see clearly. With the Word of God first informing and giving us all truth, (2 Tim 3:16-17, Eph 6:10-20). Do you think the Apostle Paul was speaking only of himself in (Eph 6:19-20), or was he teaching us all to pray to be given Jesus' truth, for the strength to speak that truth boldly, after having put on the whole armor of God? We can and must take a stand as we are commanded to call out evil we see all around us, take no part in it and not remain silent or allow ourselves to be silenced, (Eph 5:11 &more). Eze 33:8-9 are just one of the examples of stern warnings to those who witness evil and do not speak against it, condoning it by their silence. This misunderstood teaching of our Lord is found in, (Mat 5:39b, Luk 6:29a). When people are unaware of historical context and fail to pay attention to detail they will continue to misapply and not understand the clear teaching of Scripture. In the Roman era turning the other cheek to someone didn't mean doing it meekly to just let them strike you again. It meant turning the other cheek with them aware you'd done so, you were taking a stand. Christians are not to be doormats, they're to defend their Lord with His Word, themselves, their families and all those around them from evil, (Luk 22:36). We must also always be armed with the Sword of Truth, (Eph 6:17, Heb 4:12, Rev 1:16-2:12-2:16). I must add in defense only, the Gospel is never to be spread by force, only by and with the proven Word of God, (Psa 119:160). As is the clear doctrine of Scripture. Another absolute evil we see today are the adherents of Islam and all it produces. It's a death cult founded in the 7th century AD, which was not written much about until the 10th and 11th. Many don't realize the word "alah" simply means a god, one without a name, that condones the greed and lusts of the men who created it. The examples of what Islam produces are throughout history: Jihads, 911, Oct 7, HAMAS and Islamic terrorist groups, killings of helpless captives, slave trade, training their children to kill with knives or fake, real guns. Using children's toys to represent all who don't adhere to Islamic doctrine, especially Jews and Christians. Look at the nations that Islam controls we have the records of the genocides. Any religion other than Islam has been all but wiped out, especially those based on the true and living LORD God of Israel. It can't be denied that this has and is happening in every place they hold a majority or rule. Saying or promoting that Islam is a religion of peace is an absolute lie, one their 37 different qurans tell them to spread until they can take power, it's a false religion spread by the sword/force. The very idea that Islam/Muslims are a religion of peace is absurd when you read their own writings. It's a lie sweeping ours and other western nations that is parroted by the young who've never been exposed to Islamic doctrine. The vast majority of them have no idea what they're even saying, (2 Pet 2:10, 12). If they were ever to be under Islamic rule many would be killed on sight, the others taxed, enslaved, tortured or worse and none of them would be enjoying the freedoms they do today. "The Old Testament is the New Testament concealed, the New Testament is the Old Testament revealed". Above was a favorite saying of Pastor Chuck Missler. A faithful brother I did not always agree with but I believe he's now with our Lord. Even though I didn't always agree that doesn't mean I didn't learn much from him as can be said of many other of His faithful, Luther with his wavering on antisemitism would be a worse case example. Do not get me wrong, I know I am so far from perfect it's painful but, (Phl 3:13-14). I do my best as Paul tells us he did to put the past behind me, reaching forward to those things which are ahead, the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. I know I am still being sanctified everyday gradually through constant prayer and study being conformed to the image of our Lord, as are we all, it's one of His promises to us, (Rom 8:29, Rom 12:2, Phl 3:10 &more). This brought me to the realization that although there are many faithful teachers, we will find no perfect man of God this side of heaven, except for the perfect Son of Man, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Yes, I include myself in that last statement. Sadly as we see with all cultures throughout history the more you remove the true and living LORD God of Scripture from that culture the more hedonistic and self-destructive it becomes. Proof of history goes all the way back to Israel, then in it's Northern and Southern Kingdoms. Here in the US we are a nation founded on Judeo-Christian values no matter how many will scream and deny that fact. We've removed God from government, schools and soon the public square and with that come serious repercussions, especially now that we're backing away from supporting Israel, (Gen 12:3). Do not be fooled God will not be mocked, (Gal 6:7), and that is exactly what this nation has been doing. Actually read our Constitution and the Bill of Rights, He is written into them, God is a crucial part of the very fabric of those documents. He's also in much of the writings of those hailed as our founding fathers, as is easily proven by reading them in their own words in the Federalist Papers and other such documents. When it comes to a democracy Mark Twain said it best: "A democracy is nothing more than three wolves and a lamb voting on what's for dinner, you can bet your bottom dollar it won't be wolf on the menu". A wise man once said, "Gentlemen we have a republic, if we can keep it". A famous man once said, "If God does not judge the United States, He will owe Sodom and Gomorrah an apology". (Not that any man can ever correct or give advice to God. We know that God is perfect in all His attributes, (Psa 18:30, Isa 55:8-9, Rom 11:33-36). Think about, (Pro 15:27, Pro 29:4, Amo 5:12), and what they tell us and then read, (Isa 58:2, Mal 2:9). I believe that only a Nineveh type of revival in this nation can or will save it, (Jon 3:5-10, 2 Ch 7:14). We know He's always listening and hears our prayers, (Pro 15:29 &more). We do not see the US anywhere in Scripture, (without a stretch), and nowhere in end times prophecy. We are watching many of the prophecies,(2 Pet 3:3-7, 2 Tim 3:1-5, 7 &more), that lead up to the end times being fulfilled before our eyes in this nation, the west, the middle east and around the entire world. They are coming true faster than ever before in human history and it does not take a rocket scientist or great theologian to see it. I write these things while standing on the Rock, (Rom 9:33), His Word which is Him, (Jhn 1:1-3), adding what I can to further the edification, exhortation and instruction of His saints, (2 Ti 2:1-26). Take a stand, speak His truth boldly, God Bless, God Bless Israel and God Bless the USA, (if He still will on the last one). (Num 6:24-26)...
