Great job Mike! This may be my first comment on your videos, however I have been watching for a couple months now, and pretty sure I've watched every video 😆 You absolutely inspire me to get out and get my daily kicks in. I am 42 and played a ton growing up right up until about 14 years ago. Now that I have 2 boys that are getting into playing and starting this week for their first time, it has been my goal to teach them the best I can. I am also coaching both of their teams and did my coach and referee training exams. I've been practicing now for about 2 months solid, 5-7 days a week and have used a lot of your videos for training and inspiration. Thank you very Mike for all you do here! You absolutely rock ⚽️

You didnt do the fast footwork before training. and just after warmup stretches should i move on to Fast footwork or start juggling first then fast foot exercise, remember i juggle for over 800 time using different variations, thats why juggling after fast footwork my hips start to feel sore and hard during juggling, or should i juggle by the end of training? what should i do?

I think you should focus more on the height of the ball. For example, kick the ball 5 meters high and see if you can receive it.
