Lovely bloke is Midge, gifted man indeed, Ultravox was one of my most fave bands from the 80's and that Slik song I didn't know for years that is was Midge singing it! Sad that only Chris Cross from Ultravox was there

This show was great, all three parts. Midge has had a storied career, and when I saw him on tour all the other acts said he was "the legend." They were right. I met him and he was really gracious with pictures and conversation, a humble guy with a strong spirit. All the best to him, keep on rockin Midge, keep on rockin!

I think this remark will give away my age, but I have been a big fan of Midge Ure since his Slik days and Forever and Ever was one of the very first records of any sort that I had purchased in my life. That was a great song, and believe me, that single was played to death. As a fellow Scottish person, Midge just fills me with a tremendous amount of pride, because of his very real humanitarianism. Midge is only now, 30 years after Live Aid getting the credit he deserves for helping organise that event, along with Geldof, and for helping compose the fantastic Do They Know Its Christmas? What an emotional title for a song which has become one of the biggest anthems in the world, ever. Midge has always had these extraordinary film star looks, such a good looking man, and it is not often you get that accompanied by someone who really cares about their fellow human beings, but that comes out in spaces with Midge. I have always loved his music, he has written some of the world's most iconic music, and I have to say, Midge really is a true icon and legend, and he has always gone about that in a very quiet and unassuming manner.

Particularly in his youth, Midge has always been such a great looking guy, and what a belter of a talent he has for music also. He truly deserves to be called a legend, based on his prolific output of some of the worlds most iconic music. Midge is truly up there with all of the greatest and biggest music legends, and deserves to be there.

Sickly sweet , and false .So disappointed not to see John Foxx gate crash the show and talk about the real quality, ground breaking original 70s Ultravox .

a super video....but they keep talking about band aid and live aid and all the money they raised....how much money did the needy people get and how much went into administration etc etc?
