Does this have a "random" pattern generation that will fill in the blocks at random with 1 click?

Sorry! Unfortunately, it does not. There are a lot of tools out there that would do that for you like Riffer from Audiomodern, Catalyst from Toneworks or Stepic from Devicemeister.

There is nothing random when 2 blocks collide or when using the redirect block.

It says in the manual: "Redirect Blocks enhance the element of randomness giving your patterns dimension and movement." I am just a simple user and I usually rely on the manual. Where do you get your information from?
