As a long time Midnattsol and Liv Kristine fan I have mixed feelings on this. Midnattsol sounds different with basically one new guitarist, bass player and drummer, because I really loved their sound on the previous 2 albums that they wrote before their hiatus. I had even thought back then how awesome it would sound with Liv singing the songs. I wasn't super crazy about their cover they did a few weeks ago. I listened to this at first and wasn't crazy about the guitar sound during the intro and verses of the song but when that chorus hit with both Carmen and Liv singing WOW!!!!!! That blew me a way so it will get a LIKE from me

I had no idea that Midnattsol released this album. I would have definitely bought it. The Vocals have improved, even though I liked the unique style of Carmen Elise Espanaes the addition of her sister's Vocals makes it sound even better. Great video, although digging your own grave with just bare hands would require a great deal of strength, and exceptional fingernails. Sort of painful to watch

Saw that Liv is now at Midnattsol. Jumped on this bandwagon, been a fan of Liv Kristine for over a decade. Pretty bitter about the whole band kicking her out, I mean for fuck's sake it's LEAVES (Liv's) Eyes. Sorry, but that band is nothing without Liv Kristine and the new vocalist and music sucks (I was unbiased when listening and tried to give it a shot, became bitter after hearing that the music became shit after Liv left) As long as I can hear Liv's beautiful angelic voice, I'll follow her wherever. Liv Kristine is the operatic metal queen \m/ and Dani Filth is metal king.

Через месяц после первого просмотра клипа понял: 1. Музыка обработана таким образом,что не чувствуется звук. 2. Liv Kristine плохо чувствуется в клипе. Я понимаю, что она второй солист, но вся глубина её голоса в этой группе не раскрывается. Отсюда вывод: надо делать свою группу и быть там солисткой. 3. Рваный сюжет. Режиссер ....((((( Где вы его достали ребята??¿ Идея неплохая может быть но реализация....((((((( 4. Группа чувствуется, что не сыграна. I'm not a fan of the drums either, its like he doesnt know how to create a coordinating flow with the beautiful music. It sounds like the snare drum was spun too tightly for this style of music and creating that off place click clack, which I find more suited for heavier metal and hard rock styles.

Boy, i'm a huge fan of ToT since 2001, bought all albuns and stuff and honestly never gave a damn about midnattsol, even though i knew Liv sister is there. I hope the band does good use of Liv's voice wich btw is one of the best in metal and not just as 2nd voice. Good luck to you guys specially Liv, my metal diva!
