To fix the smeary lights, toggle software mode (F9 key) during the loading screen, then toggle hardware mode when it's done loading. Gotta do this for every loading screen. I have F9 mapped to my controller for this reason.

Can anybody help me? Running. I play This game on my ps2 emu on my ps3. Couple games play in slow motion. Any advice?
