Looking at this now they always wanted the GTA 4 look. The models the characters, cars all look as true to life as possibly if they had more technology and funds they could’ve gone wild and gave us a midnight club gta

Rockstar got increasingly dependent on technical prowess, which led to them basically only releasing one game a decade, and whenever it comes out the world goes insane. I reeeeally wish they'd just dial it back a little more so they could work on other games....hell, why not make a new Midnight Club as a test for the new GTA engine? That's what they did with MC:LA and GTA V..
