You generally want to hit up the tournaments as soon as possible, since the prize car is often something you'll need to progress, especially if it's in a vehicle division you don't currently have... Also keep in mind that you need to win at least 3 races with each club to unlock their vehicle type's ability (choppers + muscle = Roar [shockwave] / luxury + trucks = Agro [invulnerable + ram traffic] / tuners + sportbikes + exotics = Zone [slow time + grip])...

Once you win the tuner club races, you get a good car that is a lot better than any of the Ducati sport bikes. Once i got A-Class, i had to make sure i had 250,000 on hand.

Don't forget about the special abilities available for your ride! if this ride counts as a tuner you'll get zone where you basically drive like Franklin from GTA V for a bit. If it's a luxury like the 300 C you'll get the Agro again
