I'm 70 now, losing my eyesight fast. Audiobooks like this are truly a gift for me. Thank you so much!

Same here and use to love reading...truely a lifesaver, especially if it is a good narrator - Hugh Frasier that read Agatha Christie novels are also exceptional

I loved the very ENDING! At first, I was thinking... OMG! Not someone left behind and forgotten in the round-up of these dudes? Not Now? Cause Parker turned out to be one of the Hero's.. I do wonder though if the Gravedancer was the shooter who Paralyzed Stefanovich or if it was one of their own? And if the Gravedancer Murdered Mrs. Stefanovich or if an Officer did? Another thing that is really telling is Sam's Father, Roger, doesn't immediately fly back to New York when he finds out his Son's been Kidnapped? And neither do Roger's Parent's, Sam's own Grandparent's? They could have been featured on Major News Outlets and TV shows pleading for the return of Sam? Adding pressure to the Midnight Club! Even offering a Substantial Reward? Goes to Show you, out of sight, out of Mind? Looks as if Daddy used visitation to torture Mommy?

I enjoyed this book until fiction became farse. Anyone with a law enforcement background had to cringe at the ridiculous OBVIOUS retaliation, not being considered from Sanjemere. It was grade school obvious he was unnaturally aware of every opponents life and loves. ANY police department would have guarded against a second retribution, not New York? Not too mention Sanjemere wouldn't have lived after gunning down an officer in cold blood anyway. Either NYPD is competent to bring down an international cartel, or they're Sheriff Taylor and Barney Fife, they can't be both. Although Sheriff Taylor would have known retribution would follow confronting Sanjemere. Ruined a good book for me and likely many former law enforcement people.

It's FICTION. Just like your narratives. The international criminals are on the OTHER side. The one's pushing for lockdowns and destroying economy's to try and force GLOBALISM. You know, the one's who colluded with Ukraine in money laundering schemes, and ran gain of function research of viruses in China to bypass America's safety regulations, then LIED about it (and we ALL know how THAT turned out). The one's working for cartels to traffic humans and flood our streets with fentanyl. Not to even MENTION a certain island they went to. You are a simple minded follow-along, if you're blindly trying to push the "orange man bad" sentiment, in the comments of a fiction audio-book that has NOTHING to do with him. This isn't a Stephen King book. Well read people don't buy your false narrative parroting. That's why only one side, is trying to change BOOKS, and the ACTUAL definitions of words, so people like you believe in their lies, with no evidence at all the liars' word.
