The Xbox servers still work. Just not the PS3 servers.

Trust me, I know how it feels. It's hard to find players that still play online in this game this year. Me and my brother got really lucky and found those players so we just decided to do capture the flag with them. But one day I do play to stream Midnight Club Los Angeles and try to see if that can get players to join me.

If you're playing on PS3, then the reason why is because the servers for the PS3 version were shut down back in 2014-2015. But the Xbox 360 servers are still up. That's what I'm playing this game on in this video.
