Easily on par with ephemeral rift and Phoenician sailor as far as quality goes for ASMR but I didn’t expect a movie like this! I love the more cinematic approach to ASMR that you have it makes the “tingles” feel so much more natural when the whole video is a role play like this in that way vs the traditional 3dio single camera angle type roleplays.

Your comment caught my attention because I'm familiar with Ephemeral Rift having watching some of his content in the past, but I'm ashamed to admit I hadn't heard of Phoenician Sailor (I'll definitely check him out). I didn't expect the quality to stay the same through the whole two hours. I thought it would be that way for the setup and then just go to the office for the whole time, but all the scenes and the narration and everything was so good, through out. I like the voices you generate/hire/do for small characters, I really feel like it adds a lot to the whole thing. Most people would only let you hear one side of the conversation, so hearing both is really nice. It's very obvious you have the care and talent for this. Thanks for the two hours :)

Excellent! Your work is so unique in the ASMR sphere. The cinematic angles are a refreshing change-up from the usual POV roleplays and the attention to the most minute noises brings me back to when I was a kid experiencing ASMR in the everyday, mundane sounds all around me. To be completely candid, I lack any formal background in filmmaking or significant technical expertise when it comes to video production. However, I embarked on this project by first meticulously visualising the entire video in my mind, considering angles, narration, sound, and lighting that I believed would be effective. I then transcribed these ideas onto paper. Subsequently, I translated my vision onto the computer, which was followed by several weeks of filming and another week dedicated to editing. Along the way, I encountered some health setbacks, including a kidney stone and a bout of food poisoning, which unfortunately slowed down the video's upload to the channel. My professional background is primarily rooted in computer technology, and while some may find aspects of my filmmaking interesting, I don't consider myself exceptionally skilled in this realm. I simply apply what I know to the best of my ability.

The shooting process spanned several weeks during the summer, and organically, it transformed into something resembling a movie. Initially hesitant about its extended duration, I eventually chose to preserve the full two-hour length without editing it down. Fortunately, it appears that this extended duration has done well positively with everyone who has experienced it.

This is such high quality and so well produced!! I hate exaggerated sounds and super slow movements in asmr, this feels so natural and genuine in a way you dont often see on asmr youtube nowadays!! Thank you so much for this wonderful video

While I acknowledge that I took a departure from the conventional ASMR KZbin videos, I intentionally embraced the risk of exploring a different perspective and introducing something fresh to the genre. The response has been quite positive, with viewers appreciating this unconventional approach compared to traditional ASMR content. Although it does require more time and effort to create these videos, I'm more than willing to continue if it provides value and enjoyment to the audience. Your support makes it all worthwhile!

Ah, indeed, the cafetière! It's been a trusty companion of mine for quite some time. Unlike my previous ones, which were made of glass and had an unfortunate tendency to break, this one is constructed from steel, making it far more durable. Used daily, usually accompanied by a delectable slice of cake around 11am.

To be completely honest, a few people had expressed interest in this type of video. Unfortunately, I couldn't secure Miss Wilde for extended filming sessions, but I still decided to give this video a try. It's encouraging to see that it's garnering positive feedback and comments.

I like the 'unintentional ASMR' effect going on here. It is clearly designed to induce the tingles, but it isn't as obnoxious as some other KZbinrs make it.

Thank you so much for returning to watch my latest video! I apologies for the tardy upload, blame it on those pesky slippery pill notes - they've got a mind of their own, especially when you're dealing with someone of my vintage. On another note, I must commend Carpet Care Carol on the third floor. She's always raring to go, hose in hand, ready to tackle our carpet chaos with gusto.😉

A 2-hour duration is indeed quite substantial for an ASMR video, but I believe that, especially for this particular video, the longer duration is more beneficial for the viewers. It allows them to fully relax and unwind without the video ending prematurely. Thanks so much for commenting!

In all honesty, my filming techniques are rather straightforward, and they're something that anyone could easily emulate. I used a handful of basic lighting setups, including a simple desk lamp. I diligently outlined the entire process, first in my mind and then on paper, before transferring it to a Word document. Essentially, I envision the content in my head as a movie and then bring it to life while recording, relying on the printed notes for guidance. It's a genuine honour to be recognised for having some filming techniques and ASMR qualities, especially considering my limited experience in the world of filmmaking so thanks for that. It is appreciated.🙏

Thank you for your insightful feedback on the video. Crafting these videos involves extensive preparation and filming, this one alone consumed several weeks of dedication. I found immense joy in the creative process, leading to the unexpected evolution of the video into a two-hour journey, exceeding my initial expectations. I'm now considering a longer roleplay within this time-frame, for which I've already begun outlining some ideas. However, before delving into that, I have a few shorter videos in the pipeline still to complete. Some are already in the drafting and filming stages, with one currently in production. Glad you liked this late night office one.
