Film isn't even active yet, but I already love the cover frame-grab photo - you gotta love the cine techs they had in those days! Visual/mood aesthetic out the wazoo. Lighting, wardrobe, direction/scene-planning, and cinematography had an _awesome_ synergy going.

The opening few minutes gives me a headache. In my L.E. career, I headed up a 17 man undercover narcotics squad, and had to do a quarterly "evaluation" of each agent's performance via individual meetings. Once my report was turned in to the Capt, I then had to listen to the objections of those who rec'd unfavorable ratings. That job put me onto drink!
