Ikr. I fucking loved it cuz I'm a big marvel and firaxis fan but I hate the Disney stuff. I held off on buying the game or reading much about the story and characters until I finally bought it this weekend. The fact that blade is in the game is enough but the fact he is in there right away and with such a good dialogue chain and story and cards is just... fucking nice. The fact he's like the first hero I befriended is even cooler. It influence how I see my hunter character. As a dark hero striving towards the light.

Whose everyones FAVORITE TEAM they're running? I can't decide on which team I should focus on. I mean, I'm sure I should be focusing on EVERYONE but I figured I wanted to completely understand a specific trio of characters so even when I partake in missions that force the use of a non-principle character, I would still have 2 that I am super comfortable with... I like running Blade and Spider-Man together with my hunter. Spidey focuses on taking out the little guys, Blade focuses on taking out the big guys, and my hunter, being a jack of all trades, provides a little bit of everything.

​@Zyllo51 my hunter is good at doing tons of damage and healing. I'm dark focused with enough light to be a good healer. I definitely agree about blade and spirderman. But honestly ghost riders hellride ability is too good to pass up. I've taken out like 4 or 5 guys in a line with that one. Not even little guys. Like big guys too. And he has That hellmouth card. Which can come in handy if you play it right. Him and Magik together with hunters knock back abilities is too crazy.

@@helcome2well507 True but he hasn't quite made it into the MCU. It is in the works and looking forward to it, but I meant he isn't Cap, Thor, Iron Man, Spidey, Wanda or Black Widow. Now that we're a bit past release, Blade was my first character at maximum friendship.

You only went through 6 card and you said you only doubled Reaper so what is your 7th card you use

I dont get this "build" There is either 7 cards in the build if you follow what is said, or 9 cards if you look at the video. The "build" talked about is Make em Bleed Daywalker The Hunger Glaive Reaper x 2 Quick Strike Since it is mentioned Reaper is the only card you have 2 of, that makes 7 right? If you look at the video, it seems you also have Strike and Savage. Well if they need to be in there, without being talked about, then thats 9 cards What am I missing here?

If you don’t always want to kill targets with ,Daywalker‘ I suggest using ‚Strike‘ to apply Bleed. It’s only 1 less target and can also be modded but instead of spending Heroism you gain it. Which can be used for better heroics like ‚Barbarian‘ which is higher Single target damage and even more damage if target has block (and there are many Missions) with tanks.

Wish you gave an idea how long it takes to get a bleed mod on cards as it just seems ridiculously expensive to just keep trying and failing when I could be using it on characters that actually work

I feel like make them bleed should have been free and the hunger cost a card play. Using a card play to use his gimmick is kinda wonky in game plus like you said there isn’t many opportunities to use a second make them bleed card

Blade is one of my best heroes right now. He does very good single target damage for me with relentless, savage, and stake.

Great info.... I've never been a fan of this "turn based" game style-- I'm more of a button masher, BUT I love this game. It's been fun to search the grounds, etc. Once again, great info.

Firaxis is the best at turn based games but they definitely aren't for everyone. I'm glad u like it. At first I didn't like the third person base exploration but it actually helps you slow down and savor the game. At first it felt like the game couldn't make up its mind and there was too much time before missions. But the more you explore and unlock stuff the faster the pace picks up. And it's all optional of course. U can make use of the day and night time exploration as much or as little as u want.

Why have quick strike when you could have reaper with quick? It's pretty much better in every way possible. Edit: for those of you who don't know or haven't figured out, reaper consumes all bleed immediately including any bleed you are knflicting through make em bleed or using nanite edge.

Ok, first: who came up with the idead, that DoT (damage over time) triggers at the end of an enemies turn, second who thought, that enemies who die to bleedmshouldn't give cards.....

It is odd, but if the design philosophy is to make bleed always worse than killing outright, but then that allows them to make bleed do a ton of bonus damage, then it becomes a tactical option.

Something is off with how Blade looks, then I realized the dev team went out there way to make him bigger and wider then everyone else on screen. Is Blade supposed to be bigger and wider then both Captain America and Iron Man? Blade isn't Luke Cage he is Blade. Every black guy doesn't need to be the power person, biggest person in the team, that's stereotyping and its racist to always have the black guy fill the same trope. Wolverine is supposed to be short though.
