+Tigersp54 Why would you ask? the Model 3 has a A/V out if it doesn't work with that cable (over the top extremely unlikely to not work) if so you can use Component or S-video (the elgato doesn't come with a Composite with S-video cable)

Around 7:00 you selected the Component / D-Terminal. When I do that, the screen goes blank and just goes back to the original screen and nothing happened. Thanks man it helped a lot ! First it wasnt working because of the mini usb cable, i changed it and it ... kinda worked ... then i stoped using a usb extension and it worked with other consoles, but finally after i seeing this vídeo i saw that you need to click a little longer after the second bip and it actually works !!! Hope my little journey helps someone out as well =) PS: With the hdmi i think it didnt work ... but with the other cable that the Elgato comes with for ps3 to s-video it works perfectly and good quality anyways !!! Hello I'm having a lot of trouble with this, the capture card works fine with 360, but when I use the component special cable for the PS3 to try use my PS3 i just get a black screen, the capture software looks to have detected it because it says the output under device, when i set it to s-component on the PS3 display settings, i get a display on the software capture, but it's very laggy, then when i switch it to d-terminal it just goes to a black screen
