Basically bakugo's character development in the show. He's slowly respecting deku more and understanding what it really means to be a hero. Despite him not liking deku, he saved deku from being impaled by that attack. Basically hero instinct to move without thinking. That's what all might was teaching deku in season 1. Remember in season one Bakugo was captured by that slime monster and deku ran out and tried to save him despite being scared and not having a quirk. And that small flash back in that timestamp deku was offering help to Bakugo because he fell in the water. Throughout the show Bakugo hated deku because he was always lending a hand to help him and didn't want his help. But now he's understanding.
