+Fernando Carlos Firstly, let's assume that we cannot replace anything cheaper than 7 since that would weaken any aggro matchup. This leaves 4 minions, boom, grom, rag, and varian. grom and rag both have an immediate effect on board so it would be best not to touch them. That leaves boom and varian. Obviously, obsidian destroyer is not a card you want to replace boom with. Boom is simply faster and the boombots are high value in themselves. If we assume both deathrattles are worth 1 dmg each, that's worth about 4 turns of obsidian destroyer which makes it incomparable. That leaves varian which cannot be replaced as you saw in that last game, this deck needs card draw in the control and midrange matchups. Therefore, obsidian destroyer is simply not good enough to replace any single card and adding it to replace a cheaper card simply makes aggro matchups worse. It's a matter of balancing all the matchups to optimize overall winrate.
