One thing I really wish i could improve about the sim's coaching AI is taking better advantage of mismatches. You sometimes have matchups where one team just has an obvious and enormous edge at some position, and there seems to be little the other team could do about it. In those situations, the team with the advantage should be trying to exploit it ruthlessly. Instead, it rarely seems to make any difference...
