Erstaunlich, wie außerordentlich dehnbar so ein Krötenhals ist!! Besonders gut zu sehen bei der Riesenaufnahme ziemlich am Anfang von der Kröte mit dem gelb-orangen leuchtenden Hals, der wie ein Blasebalg auf- und abschwillt. Doll, dass solche wunderbaren Aufnahmen überhaupt möglich sind! DANKE!!!

Froschkonzerte liebe ich, diese scheinen mir aber in Hindi, Bengali oder Urdu zu quaken, hört sich jdflls fremd für mich an. Klasse Aufnahmen übrigens, die hiesigen Frösche sind äußerst scheu und sehr schwierig aus der Nähe zu filmen.... LG

Also hier im Süden Indiens quaken sie Kannada, Telugu und Tamil. Außerdem sind es Kröten (Asian Common Toad) und auch schwer zu filmen, wenn man sie überhaupt zu sehen bekommt. Mir erschienen sie heute zum ersten Mal seit 9 Jahren wieder!🐸

Herrlich, liebe Ma, ich habe kürzlich in meinem Video die Vögel während der Musik singen lassen, und Du lässt die Frösche quaken. Ja, das sind die natürlichen Sommerkonzerte. Früher in meinem Haus hatte ich auch ein Biotop mit Fischen, Fröschen und einer chinesischen Streifenwasserschildkröte. Die war allerdings ganz ruhig und brav. They're actually toads, and quite big ones too. Fascinating to watch them mate and sing in clusters and choruses, but you have to be lucky to be in the right spot on that one day in the year! This is the first time afte 9 years i gotto watch them. Have a great day, Andy!💚🐸Ma

Genau! Ich war sehr nahe dran, ca.1 bis 2 Meter Abstand, da soll das wohl kräftig klingen. Es war aber auch weithin hörbar, und man kann sich nur freuen, wenn die Vorstellung nicht nachts vorm Schafzimmer stattfindet!! Hatten wir auch schon...
