So many memories from 1999-2000. I had the trial version on a junk PC that ran horribly. Game was a slide show, but first open-world game I ever played. Huge change coming from more basic games. This was 3D open world.....thank you for posting this

I think they used the same music program to make the OST of Neo Contra. That male voice sample is also in one of the tracks I believe (track named: Safety First (Stage 1 - Section 1))

In the instruction booklet for the game (at the end where the credits are listed) it mentions that Jay Leverson composed tracks 14 - 16. Those coincide with the songs you have here as 13 - 15.
