I love Downtown Sac. I can move anywhere I want but I'm choosing to move back to Sac.

HAHAHAHAHA....Occasional homeless person? The streets and alleys are invested with them at night. Guaranteed to have your car broken into at night if not locked or if something is showing. The river is used to be nice but they are unusable now because of the homeless tent camps and plus they use it for a toilet. I lived there and glad not only am I out of the state and the country and now living in Japan.
