Does your handguard picatinny sit ever so slightly lower than the upper recievers?

Did you use a regular low-pro gas block, or a slim one? I have the same handguard and used Midwest's regular one and find that some mlok attachments (magpul rail covers, magpul vertical grip) butt up against it. Also, looking into options to add more pic rail up top.. have you looked into anything yet?

Yes mine was a regular low pro gas block The screws for the BCM grip were too long, so I had to grind them down
