Once again you have provided a simple solution for what some woodworkers over do. Great job!

I love sleds. They are especially good for me because my table saw is so sketchy, the sled is really the only way to make accurate cuts.

Yes, then you are exactly the woodworker who would benefit from sleds. Have fun making some!

On my craft channel I will be doing my "hit or miss" DIY rolling, lucite or "invisible" chair... The chair has 4 legs so I will be creating a sturdy platform and affixing the chair to the platform. Should be interesting if not a DIY fail... Lol! I'll put a teaser trailer for that project here with links to my crafting channel which hasn't many vids on it at the moment.

Nice sled, great idea with the plywood, makes doing the angle much easier. I would probably have to add a taller guide though, I do a few thicker picture frames. I made one for the Craftsman saw and setting and getting that first angled stick right was a dog for me.

Thanks Jim! You'll be glad to know that I have successfully cut 2x4s with this jig to great success. Thick boards and thin boards alike both cut well on this jig.

Well Well Well now I guess that's added to my list. It will help me make better miters on the table saw.
