Not to be a jerk or anything, but if the street is too narrow for an ambulance to get through when a car is double-parked, why go down the street at all when you can clearly see a car double parked there. Wouldn't it be faster to just go down a different street instead of sitting there for 5 minutes with the sirens on, hoping that someone will eventually move the car?
