Bahan:
170 gr Mi bihun
1 butir Telur
15 lembar Kulit lumpia
Bumbu:
3 siung Bawang merah(iris)
3 siung Bawang putih
3 Kemiri
1 sdt Gula
1 sdt Garam
1 sdt Kaldu bubuk (MSG)
1 sdt Lada bubuk
Cara membuat:
Rebus mi bihun ±5 menit tiriskan supaya tidak overcook setelah diangkat
mi bisa disiram di air dingin,
Oseng bawang merah, bumbu halus (bawang putih dan kemiri), telur
hingga kecoklatan tuangkan mie bihun, lada, garam, gula, kaldu bubuk
(MSG) aduk hingga rata ,
Siapkan kulit lumpia isi dengan mi gulung dan lipat/tutup rapat (bisa
diolesi dengan sedikit tepung cair supaya tidak robek/terlepas) lalu
goreng hingga keemasan siap disajikan.
Tips supaya tidak terlalu banyak minyak yang terbawa setelah selesai
menggoreng taruh lumpia mi dalam keadaan berdiri

Ingredient:
170 gr Noodle vermicelli
1 Egg
15 sheets Spring roll
Seasoning:
3 cloves Shallot (sliced)
3 cloves Garlic
3 Candlenut
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chicken powder (MSG)
1 tsp Ground pepper
How to make:
Boil vermicelli noodles for ± 5 minutes, drain,if doesn't overcook after
being removed, noodles can be wash in cold water.
Stir fry shallots, ground spices (garlic and candlenut), eggs until browned,
pour vermicelli noodles, pepper, salt, sugar, chicken powder (MSG) mix
well.
Prepare spring roll filled with noodles and fold/close tightly (can be
smeared with a little liquid flour so that it doesn't tear/loose) then fry until
golden brown.
Tips so that not too much oil is carried away after frying, put the spring roll
noodles standing up .
