just read the whole story. this is in Austria man waited all his life to ride this slope and then he meets a father who brakes 4 times on the track when it clearly says "no braking for any reason". the "man child" you're calling covered the distance in 40 secs. the 2 girls and dumbass father took them 2 mins and 22 secs to cover that 40 sec distance the man was able to cover initially before the first collision. seeing how they were intimidating him and stopping his pace and this ride was probably very expensive and not always available throughout he year due to the weather conditions, I would also fucking Ram this family as hard as I can because wtf man that shouldn't be like that. the man was also injured and had to go to the hospital after the collision and he explains his side of the story which makes sense why I would also do what he did in his situation. so please read further before stating shitty opinion, this is literally the reason why our country is so divided politically cuz you watch and believe a snippet of an event, not the whole picture. ik she's just a kid but a lesson was made there for sure and the girl was just mildly injured she went unconscious due to shock no trauma or nothing. the guy actually has it worse with shifted disks but he's alright now. anyways lesson is be unbiased or stfu kids

When the first sled go down the hill they vanish out of sight. And when they vanish they put the brakes on to almost to a stop. So when he comes down the hill to see the people infront has stoped it is to late to be able to avoid a crash. Reading other comments, he said some bad things. I had the audio realy low and didnt pay atention to the sound so i didnt catch he said something. There were lots of braking signs on the track. (At least 4 in the section of the impact... The ones with the exclamation mark "bremsen - frenare") You're not supposed to do a full stop but you're not supposed to rush down the track without braking either. Alpine Coasters are family rides aswell. So everyone should be respectful to others, especially children. So if you are a speed-freak not willing to brake for families and children, this one isn't for you.

For those interested, this is what the guy with the camera wrote when this was first uploaded: Me crashing on an alpine coaster in Austria. Went to Insbruck hospital after as I did my back in. Things you missed in the video. 1) Your not allowed to stop on the slope for any reason 2) The father thought it was a good idea to stop on the slope 4 times 3) I had a massive queue of people behind me because of the plebs in front. 4) I had waited a year to do this slope, gave them plenty of time to get some distance, they where clearly waiting to annoy me. 5) It was a rage quit where the only way was down !! On the way to the start we all shared the same gondola, I explained to him I had been waiting almost a year to do the slope. Devil's advocate; this guy isn't entirely blameless. This is a ride where you're meant to go fast and not hit the brakes. You can see at 1:13, 2:43, 3:37, 4:40 - and the big hit at 5:00 - The dad in front is braking for god knows what reason (taking in the sights?), and this guy has to quickly hit the brakes to stop an accident. At 3:10, he actually gets hit _himself_ which is where anyone would really start to get pissed off I'd imagine. The big hit at 5:05 has _another_ sudden stop, and this time he can't brake in time at all. The people braking up front are putting everyone behind them at risk of a huge accident. Really it's the fault of the people how supervise, there should be a system in place to separate the true thrill seekers and those that would prefer a more relaxed journey down. But realistically the people should of looked back before braking so quickly, because somebody may have been behind that man and a much more serious crash could of occurred.

if you had actually been on that ride you would know it is actually a family ride :) and not meant for speed chasers. it is 1000% this childish guy's fault because you're even supposed to brake if it gets too fast and he wasn't following the rules and respecting everyone else

Does anyone know if the girl is okay? This is absolutely disgusting, and it does NOT deserve 1 million veiws. Edit: What I mean by okay is that she wasn't internally hurt. For example, breaking a bone because obviously she was not okay for the last 30 seconds. This has probably ruined her experience with these types of coasters because of people like him.
