Miele Scout RX2 robot vacuum review

I bought this to use on bare hardwood floors and could not be more impressed🌼 Three small dogs generate a lot of loose fur. The 11s had no problem cleaning up.

We purchased a Scout RX2 6 months ago. We just picked up our 3rd replacement. The unit does not seem built for long term use. Our local dealer has been great but apparently not equipped to repair the vacuum.They keep it for a week and then tell us to pick up a new unit. We are not confident this one will last. Not recommended for regular use.

this robot would not run over carpet !! No way!! brushes would fall under the rug and the robot would get stuck. The application is a mistake !! drawing a map looks like from nokia 3310 ... There is no memory function of the apartment or even rooms. The robot starts scanning from scratch each time and learns the apartment anew each time. You have no chance to set him, for example, only the kitchen, because it is not on the map, so he has to vacuum the whole apartment, it makes no sense. It keeps getting lost and freezes, it can get stuck on a large threshold, it can get stuck between the carpet and the wall because it runs under the carpet with brushes. He pulls cables and freezes, and after being moved while working, he gets lost and cannot return to the station. If you have a square room to clean without furniture, children's toys, cables, balloons ... then this robot is perfect for you ... the best choice for shipping companies to clean the loading hall because it has 60 minutes of continuous battery life ... if he can avoid the truck. REPAIR APPS !! BECAUSE THIS IS SOME KIND OF A JOKE FOR A ROBOT FOR SO MUCH MONEY !! WHERE IS THIS QUALITY?

Too expensive for what it really does, it's not worth buying such an expensive product.
