These cost around 2200 pounds (approx $4000 AUD) in Australia. These lucky people were given one each for free. I wonder if they would have bought one out of their own pockets?

@@Sean-me4fv I did buy one set for myself, and they are really awesome. Not faster or better in the way that it still wash and dry clothes, and yes they are small. But the quality is in the details, no vibrations, very controled and damped noise, very nice lighting... tons and tons of differents cycles and options, it will probably take weeks before i find the best one for me. Washer feed detergent automatically and you can easily refill the twindos container with whatever you prefer and dont pay premium for their detergent, it is wifi enable and you can manage them completely from you cell phone in ou out of the actual wifi on the app. Other than that they consume far less energy and last longer probably around 20-25 years compare to around 10-12 years max on non miele quality product. Yeah its expensive, but it can make sense if you value those caracteristics.
